Daydream Charlie is a self publication project by Doug, and features a maverick little boy with a wild imagination who gets embroiled in a series of fantasy adventures.

In Daydream Charlie Hide & Seek, Charlie plays hide & seek in a diverse environments, from tropical jungles and sandy deserts to the stormy seas and the icy arctic. Readers have to find Charlie and his friends, as well as several bonus objects in each page.

One digitla illustration from this book won the 1996 International digital illustration awards, "Beyond The Canvas" sponsored by MetaCreations, developers of Painter (a natural media painting program now distributed by Corel).
