had selected Riptide the previous year as interactive agency of
record, and Riptide had just launched SkyMallTravel.com. The re-launch
of SkyMall.com had gone well and sales were booming, so it was time
to leverage these successes and grow.
To
this end SkyMall approached Doug to design a multimedia road show
which CEO Bob Worsely could present via laptop as he toured the
investor community seeking analyst endorsement and major partner
investment in SkyMall's latest initiatives.
The
multimedia show was produced in Director, and then ported to DVD
with live footage and highly edited video clips to add dynamism.
