American
Classic Voyages owned and operated the only all-American cruise
line in the country (by default, the world) with seven separate
cruise brands operating nationwide.
The
unique american destinations feature was a selling point for the
firm, and they approached Riptide through their long-time customer
relationship and knowledge management partners, Acorn I.S., to develop
a suite of web sites reflecting their unique status and reinforcing
their American brand.
The
sites included Delta Queen Cruises, and Unites States Lines, among
others, and featured an online reservations system, cabin maps and
third party destination content.
