Once BioMind started executing professional services in support of its solutions sales, Doug came up with another presentation format for the enterprise.

Flash presentations were custom developed for each biotech client receiving a two day workshop on bioinformatics solutions. One such presentation for Viagen, Inc. included a methodology walk through for the microarray analysis process. Leading scientists outside BioMind were invited to participate in the workshop (which they did) and Doug walked the audience through an onsite Q&A session, followed by a Web broadcast Flash presentation of the findings.

The Flash presentation was in the form of a path diagram showing each critical stage in a Microarray analysis. Each stage was navigable to a series of drop-down windows, the content of which detailed the process and offered procurement recommendations.
