Presentations were developed targeting potential VAR (Value Added Resellers) and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers) which attempted to show ProteoMetrics and its suite of tools as components of the process of extracting value from data.

ProteoMetrics tools affected the first stage of drug discovery process, namely target identification (that step in which scientist select a protein that they think may be responsible for a malady or which may be affected by drugs to achieve a health objective).

Doug then identified seven core components of proteomic research that ProteoMetrics software impacted:
1. experiment design
2. biology and chemistry
3. chips, gels and sequencing
4. mass spectrometry sample preparation
5. mass spectrometry experiments
6. spectra, chip and gel analysis
7. target identification

A simple set of animated diagrams illustrated clearly how the ProteoMetrics core product, RADARS, performed functional, sometimes pivotal tasks at each of these stages.
