For the customer market, simpler animated build sideshows were developed in powerpoint, which adequately showed the flow of information and the configuration of sample solutions.

Importantly for the customer market, these Powerpoint's were easy to disseminate via email, and could be viewed by anybody with a copy of Microsoft Powerpoint. A web version was hosted for broadcast presentations.

The software solution was reasonably sophisticated, so a degree of customer education was necessary to distinguish this, client / server, distributed, demon managed, relational database application from competitors less powerful client applications.
