By creating visual points of reference, easily accessed by the several partners, founders and board members, even though those participants were, due to their status as eminent scientists, often scattered across the globe, ProteoMetrics was able to maintain consensus even as it grew extremely rapidly and evolved its mission and goals dynamically.
