Separating
the Proteo part of the name from the Metrics, with ultra bold text
made the complex name easier to assimilate and highlighted the metrics
component, which was critical, as the industry sub-field was proteomics,
which the customer base would know by default, but the specialization
was a mass-number or metric one.
As
a bioinformatics relevant gimmick, Doug included a barcode which
spelt out each card bearer's name in bar code font.
