track the development through planning and rollout stages, Microsoft
Project was employed by account directors, while Object ROSE was
used by the relational DB tech team.
The
client was kept current, and consensus and revisions were managed
using Riptide's proprietary Project Center: a simple enough web
site dedicated to single point of reference information management.
Version
control, billing issues, schedule management and in general, client
expectation management were all impacted positively with the unveiling
and consistent, managed utilization of the Riptide Project Center.
